Fiscal Year 2023 Annual Report

Concept by Jennifer Tabana
This year's annual report spotlighted Gardner's retired CEO, Reymundo Espinoza, featuring him as the cover story in a "Fashion Magazine" concept. The goal was to narrate the transformation of Gardner Health Services, showcasing its evolution from an under-resourced nonprofit health care facility to a pioneer in modern, inclusive health care.

Goal: Raise awareness of career and job openings available at Gardner Health Services. Primarily focused on hiring bilingual individuals.
Results: Generated direct leads and posts are ongoing in English and Spanish. Posted on Instagram and Facebook.


4th Annual 5k/ 10k Run Social Posts

Goal: Raise social media awareness of the 4th annual Dia de Los Muertos 5k/10k run walk and reach goal of 500 registered runners.
Results: Reached goal of 500+ local registered runners.

Health Awareness Posts

Goal: Raise health awareness within the local community through Instagram and Facebook.
Results: Generated direct leads to the call center with patients asking questions regarding health concerns.


Gardner Health Services Monthly Newsletter

Template design by Jennifer Tabana
Created the template for the monthly newsletter. The newsletter went out digitally to 3,521 subscribers with an open rate of 30%. Researched key topics provided by the Marketing and Communication team and provided Copywrite material in English and Spanish.

Goal: To introduce Valley Verde and provide information regarding available programs.
Results: Received direct leads and great engagment.


First Tech Season of Giving

Goal: To receive votes towards the First Tech Season of Giving grant.
Results: Received 3rd place in votes and was awarded a $5,500 grant.


Recycle Right Campaign by The City of San Jose

Goal: To promote awareness of proper recycling methods in San Jose, California, especially within the Latino and Spanish-speaking community.
Results: Received an engagment rate of 16% and was awarded a grant of $10,000 by the City of San Jose.

Branding

Frostbite is a family-owned and operated business located in California's Central Valley. For this project, I developed a brand identity that emphasizes a fun, bold, and approachable aesthetic. The color palette was carefully selected to evoke a sense of playfulness and familiarity, similar to the memorable branding of Baskin-Robbins.
